Which package is right for me?
If your car is regularly maintained and just needs a reset, Refresh
covers it. If it's been a while, or you want it done properly inside and out, most
Lower Mainland customers pick Signature Detail — the best balance of
thorough and affordable. Choose Enhancement
when the paint itself needs real work, not just a wash. And if the paint is fine but
the cabin isn't, Interior Detail does the whole interior on its own.
Do I need to provide water or power?
No. The van carries its own water and power, so you don't need to supply anything —
just a parking spot with about a metre of room around the car.
I live in a condo or strata building — can you still come?
In most cases, yes. Let us know your building's guest parking and visitor policy when you
book so we can plan around it.
How long does an appointment take?
Refresh runs about 1.5 hours. Signature Detail runs 2.5 to 4 hours. Enhancement runs
longer since real correction work is involved — we confirm the window when we
quote you.
What happens if it rains?
Exterior work pauses for heavy rain, but interior detailing can usually continue. We'll work
with you to reschedule the exterior portion if needed — it happens a lot here.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
No, as long as we can reach your vehicle — we bring everything else with us. Many customers
head out and come home to a finished car.
What's your service radius, and is there a travel fee?
We cover the near Lower Mainland — Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, the
North Shore, the Tri-Cities, Delta and Surrey — with no travel fee anywhere we go.
Surrey is the furthest east we travel; we would rather say no than take a booking we
cannot do well.
What if my vehicle is heavily soiled, or has pet hair or smoke odour?
A condition surcharge of $35 to $75 may apply depending on severity. We always quote this
before we start — never a surprise after.
