Local conditions
Two cities, two setups.
Klahanie, Suter Brook and Newport Village are almost entirely parkade stalls. Self-contained is the only way to work there, and it is how we work everywhere.
Port Coquitlam is more traditional — driveways in Citadel, Mary Hill and Central Port Coquitlam give us room for full exterior work.
Cars parked near the Inlet and around Rocky Point pick up damp and a fine salt film off the water. It is milder than Tsawwassen but it is there, and it belongs in the decontamination step.
