We collect what you type into the quote form, and nothing else.
Who we are
Bloom Auto Lab is a registered and licensed business in British Columbia, Canada. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email if you give one, your city, your vehicle, and any notes you add. Nothing else. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies.
Why we collect it
To quote your job and book it. That is the whole purpose.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send it to advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you would rather we delete yours, ask and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@bloomautolab.ca and we will handle it.
Photos of your vehicle
We may photograph our own work. If a photo would identify you — a readable licence plate, your house, your parking stall — we will ask before using it publicly, and we will blur plates by default.
Security
Quote requests reach us by email. Email is not encrypted end to end, so please do not send us anything sensitive — we never need payment details, ID, or account numbers to give you a quote.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below.
